
What is Counselling? Counselling is having a conversation with a trained listener/helper, where you talk and firstly identify your issues. It's then a process of working together to find your answers without advice or judgement.

How to start: Clients call or email, have a quick chat and then and arrange an intial appointment lasting about 60 mins.
Within 48 hours we speak again to decide the right path of action for you.
Sessions: Usually once a week for a 50 minute session.
