About me:

After a career spanning almost 20 years in the Theatre, TV and the classical music industry, I initially retrained as a masseur then as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist. 

Having lived in London for over 11 years, where I worked in both the voluntary sector and private practice, I returned to my native city of Glasgow in 2006.

My current work spans both public and private sector and I am an Associate of the Scottish College of Complementary Medicine where I offer workshops and classes.

Ethics:  I am a member of a number of Professional Associations:

1.      The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)

2.      The Society of Holistic Practitioners (MSHP)

3.      The London & Counties Society of Physiologists Register of Remedial Masseurs and Manipulative Therapists (LCSP Phys)

4.      General Council for Massage Therapy (GCMT)

I subscribe to and am regulated by their codes of professional conduct and ethical standards.  I also engage in fortnightly clinical supervision (as well as regular Continued Professional Development) demonstrating my professional commitment and accountability ensuring my clients can have confidence my services are of the highest professional standard
